Yoga: A Guide to Everyday Poses

Here are more than 20 basic moves, complete with photos and easy, printable instructions.Note: If you are pregnant, find an instructor who is certified to teach prenatal yoga, as many poses should be avoided during pregnancy. If you have other medical concerns, consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.
